Accounting + Finance

Services Include:

  • Distribution of Assessments (Accounts Receivable)

  • Payment of contractors/expenses (Accounts Payable)

  • Facilitation of dues collections & delinquent assessment notices

  • Budget preparation/review

  • Monthly bank statement reconciliations for upload to the owner portal

  • Monthly distribution of balance sheet, P&L, Budget vs. Actuals to Board

  • Coordinate audits as requested by the HOA

  • Maintain FDIC-insured bank accounts

  • Prepare & assist with the filing of taxes

  • Regular review of Reserve Account funding levels & make recommendations

  • Property walkthroughs/inspections

  • 24/7 emergency maintenance line

  • Subcontractor bidding and coordination

  • Preventative maintenance plan in accordance with Board guidance
